Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was much smaller and not as nice as shown in photos, but the service from the staff was very helpful, especially when my travel plans changed. The location on the outer edge of the Garden district was good for easy access to St Charles or Magazine St, although the walk to the French Quarter/CBD involved passing under an underpass. The dining was well thought out and enjoyable, but the facilities didn't stand out significantly.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring downtown New Orleans, although the walk to the French Quarter involved going under an underpass. The dining options were delicious, and the pool area was well-maintained. The only downside was that the room was smaller than expected and not as fancy as in the photos.
Staying at this hotel was a unique experience due to its industrial feel and innovative room designs. The location is excellent for exploring downtown New Orleans and particularly ideal for visiting the WWII museum. The service was impeccable, with helpful staff eager to assist with any needs. However, the walk to the French Quarter/CBD may not be suitable for all guests. The dining options were limited, but the organic chicken dish was succulent.
